近期銀行、美國信用卡開戶獎勵整理：Chase, Amex, Wells Fargo

前陣子歷經矽谷銀行倒閉事件，讓大家關注資金放置的銀行是否有FDIC/SPIC Insured、且家庭資金也會考慮放置在不同銀行以避免風險。所以整理這篇近期美國銀行、信用卡的開戶獎勵跟史高offers，涵蓋個人Checking、Savings帳戶、商業帳戶、Amex和Chase史高開卡禮等。

以下分享的銀行開戶獎勵，主要會挑選：達成條件不會太困難、也不會卡住太多資金，但就能賺取到不錯比率的開戶禮；因為如果卡住太多資金，以目前銀行Savings Account/CD/T-Bill普遍利率高的情況下，換算下來不一定划算。

1. Personal Accounts 個人帳戶

Wells Fargo Checking Account：$325開戶獎勵

Wells Fargo目前有針對新用戶開立Checking account的$325開戶獎勵，開戶獎勵條件是在開戶90天內存入$1,000以上的Direct Deposit款項。

新用戶定義是目前沒有Wells Fargo customer checking account、且在過去12個月內沒有拿過Wells Fargo customer checking account的開戶獎勵、且目前也不是Wells Fargo員工。針對Personal checking account，Wells Fargo過去曾提供的史高是$400的checking account獎勵。

如果要避免此帳戶的$10的每月帳管費，則有以下方法（符合其中一項即可）：

$500 minimum daily balance
$500 or more in total qualifying direct deposits
- A qualifying direct deposit is an ACH (Automated Clearing House) automatic electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security, or other regular income into your bank account. Confirm with your employer or the agency or company making these payments that they use the ACH network.
- Transfers from one account to another, mobile deposits, or deposits made at a branch, or ATM don’t qualify.
- Direct deposits made available early with Early Pay Day will not count towards applicable options to avoid your account’s monthly service fee until the deposit posts to your account and is no longer pending (e.g., the pay date scheduled by your payor).
Primary account owner is 17-24 years old. (When the primary account owner reaches the age of 25, age can no longer be used to avoid the monthly service fee.)
Linked to a Wells Fargo Campus ATM Card or Campus Debit Card.
- Eligibility is based on university and college participation in the Wells Fargo Campus Card^℠ program. Ask a banker or visit wellsfargo.com/campuscard for additional details.

Wells Fargo Savings Account：$525 開戶獎勵

Wells Fargo 針對其推出的Way2Save Savings account有推出$525的開戶獎勵。活動頁面有可以先『Email my code』的選項，如果想要參加這個活動可以先填寫，這樣promo code就會先寄給自己，這樣即使活動頁面提前關閉，也能在截止日期前使用折扣碼開戶並拿到獎勵。但要注意這個方案目前需要到Wells Fargo分行開戶辦理。

這個活動是針對目前沒有Wells Fargo customer savings account、且在過去12個月內沒有拿過Wells Fargo customer savings account的開戶獎勵、且目前也不是Wells Fargo員工。

首次開戶需要promo code（活動頁面會自動生成不同的promo code給申請人）、且首次開戶至少要存入$25，後續要在開戶90天內以新資金$25,000存入新開的savings account。

如果要避免此帳戶的$5的每月帳戶管理費用，則有以下方法（符合其中一項即可）：

$300 minimum daily balance
1 automatic transfer each fee period of $25 or more from a linked Wells Fargo checking account
1 automatic transfer each business day within the fee period of $1 or more from a linked Wells Fargo checking account
1 or more Save As You Go® transfers from a linked Wells Fargo checking account. A qualifying Save As You Go transfer is an automatic transfer of $1 from your linked Wells Fargo checking account to your Way2Save Savings account each time you (or any authorized signer or joint owner) use your debit card for a one-time purchase or complete a Bill Pay transaction through online banking, and the one-time debit card purchase or Bill Pay transaction posts to the account. We reserve the right to determine through our sole discretion if a particular transaction is a qualifying transaction.
Primary account owner is 24 years old or under. (When the primary account owner reaches the age of 25, age can no longer be used to avoid the monthly service fee.) Customers 12 and under must have an adult co-owner.

Chase Checking Account：開戶獎勵$200

Chase 在2023年1月時推出了史高的checking account & Savings account合開優惠，達到獎勵條件可以拿到$900的開戶獎勵。本來預計4/19/2023才截止，但在2月初就提前撤下連結，但當初如果有提前在頁面選擇『將Promo code』寄到Email的人，還是能在4/19以前開戶、達成條件並拿到獎勵。

而目前還能註冊使用的，是單獨開Checking Account（不用同時開Savings Account）得到$200獎勵的offer。Chase Checking account的開戶禮達成條件也不太複雜，只要在開戶90天內設置一筆direct deposit就能達成；而且一完成條件（direct deposit款項到帳），15天內Chase就會發放開戶獎勵給用戶，算是獎勵發放很快的銀行之一。而除了薪資發放，前陣子親測發現在美國買賣App賣出物品得到款項後，將款項匯入到Chase也能符合Direct Deposit條件。

如果要避免Chase checking account每個月$12的帳戶管理費有以下方法（符合其中一項即可）：

Electronic deposits made into this account totaling $500 or more, such as payments from payroll providers or government benefit providers, by using (i) the ACH network, (ii) the Real Time Payment network, or (iii) third party services that facilitate payments to your debit card using the Visa^® or Mastercard^® network
A balance at the beginning of each day of $1,500 or more in this account,
An average beginning day balance of $5,000 or more in any combination of this account and linked qualifying Chase checking, savings, and other balances

Fidelity 開戶存$50送$100

截止日期：頁面未載明，以目前觀察來看是長期offer

Fidelity目前都有穩定的開以下類別帳戶之一，就可以享有存$50送$100的優惠。需要在Promo code欄位輸入『FIDELITY100』

雖然跟上面幾個帳戶相比，送$100的offer看起來沒有很優惠，但Fidelity的長期申辦帳戶offers勝在達成條件簡單而且要求的注入資金很少，只要$50新資金轉入Fidelity開立的新帳戶，則達成後幾天就能收到帳戶$100的bonus。

不過要注意的是bonus（非原始存入的本金）需要在帳戶保留90天，如果沒滿足的話會被收回獎勵。如果是Cash Management Account，則帳戶沒有最低餘額要求、也不會收帳戶管理費。

Fidelity 曾經出現存$50送$150的活動，不過也不確定是否會回歸；而Fidelity的Cash Management Account附帶的Debit card可以在台灣ATM提款免手續費，所以是非常值得開立的帳戶類別之一。

Charles Schwab Starter Kit存$50送$101 stock slices

截止日期：頁面未載明，以目前觀察來看是長期offer

Charles Schwab有Schwab Starter Kit方案，目前活動是存$50送$101，開的就是Charles Schwab的Brokerage account＆Checking Account二合一的Charles Schwab One帳戶，但這$101獎勵的入帳方式是以fractional shares of the top 5 stocks by market cap in the S&P 500. 存$50得到的$101會自動買成5支股票slices，如果想要拿現金的話，需要系統自動下單後馬上取消；或是也可以系統自動買好股票後，我們再自己手動賣出。

Charles Schwab這個帳戶附帶的Debit card，同樣都可以在台灣ATM提款免手續費。這個帳戶和Fidelity Cash Management 帳戶一樣，都沒有帳戶最低餘額要求、也沒有帳管費。而且並未要求領到Bonus後要留在帳戶多久，也就是最快可以領到Bonus後就賣出取現。

2. Business Accounts 商業帳戶

Chase Business Checking Account：$300-$750開戶獎勵

Chase Business Checking Account公開的offer是新用戶能得到$300的開戶獎勵，開戶獎勵條件如下：

開戶後30天內存入$2,000的新資金、且需要維持餘額60天（也就是最低要在開戶60天內維持帳戶有$2,000）
開戶90天內完成5個qualifying transactions。Qualifying transactions包括debit card purchases, Chase QuickAccept Deposits, Chase QuickDeposit, ACH (credits), wires (credits and debits) Chase Online Bill Pay。

要免除每月$15的帳管費有以下方法（符合其中一項即可）：

Maintain a linked Chase Private Client Checking^SM account
Meet Chase Military Banking requirements
Fulfill at least one of the following qualifying activities:
- (1) Maintain a Minimum Daily Ending Balance of at least $2,000 in the Chase Business Complete Checking account each business day during the monthly statement period, excluding the last business day of the statement period
- (2) Have at least $2,000 of aggregate eligible deposits (net of chargebacks, refunds, or other adjustments) into the Chase Business Complete Checking account, at least one day before the end of the monthly statement period, using one or more of the following: Chase QuickAccept^SM including Chase Smart Terminal^SM, InstaMed Patient Payments and InstaMed Patient Portal and/or other eligible Chase Payment Solutions^SM products.

而我因為已經長期持有Chase Business Credit Card、都有消費且準時繳款，所以email有收到另一份Chase Business Checking Account的targeted offer；但開戶要求就是要存入$20,000的新資金、且需要維持$20,000以上至少60天（Daily balance）、且一樣要完成5個qualifying transactions。

所以如果很想拿到這一類型的offer，可以立即開始申請Chase的商業卡並維持良好信用分數。

其實以資金成本的角度而言，拿Public offer、拿$2,000 USD放在帳戶60天＆使用5次的debit card purchases就能拿到$300的開戶獎勵，比起要放$20,000在Business Checking 60天，換算下來的資金運用效率高得多。簡單來說，可以直接把$2,000放在Chase Business Account拿$300開戶禮、剩下的$18,000都可以再拿去上面整理的其他方案賺到再超過$500的其他開戶獎勵。

Chase Business Checking Account的targeted offer

US Bank Business Checking Account：$500開戶獎勵

US Bank 在2023年Q1有推出新客戶開立Business Checking Account的新用戶$500開戶獎勵，總共有三種帳戶可以選（Silver, Gold, 和Platinum），開戶時最低要存入$100，而獎勵條件是需要在線上或實體申請後（需要在開帳戶的時候輸入『Q1BUS23』），線上Enroll或是在U.S. Bank App中Enroll，並且注入新資金$3,000並維持至少60天。

免除每月帳管費的方法（達成其中一項即可）：

Silver Business Checking: 沒有每月帳管費
Gold Business Checking:
- U.S. Bank Payment Solutions Merchant Banking
- $10,000 average collected balance
- $20,000 combined average collected business deposit balances
- $50,000 combined average collected business deposits and outstanding credit balances.
Platinum Business Checking:
- $25,000 average collected balance
- $75,000 combined average collected business deposits and outstanding business credit balances.

Amex Business Checking Account：賺30,000點MR

Amex 有針對新用戶申請Business Checking Account提供30,000點MR的優惠。Welcome Bonus的條件是以下兩者都要達成：

開戶20天內存入$5,000、且維持$5,000以上餘額60天
需要完成至少5筆的Qualifying transactions
- 符合條件的交易包含：mobile deposits, check deposits by mail, and electronic/online transactions including ACH, Wire, and Bill Payments. 要注意 Business Debit Card transactions and deposits using our Redeem for Deposits feature 不算是Qualifying transactions）

沒有每月帳管費，所以就沒有帳管費waive的相關要求。在2022年12月曾出現史高的60,000點MR開卡獎勵，但不確定未來會不會回歸。

Amex Business Checking Account這個帳戶另外一個feature就是可以將MR點數Redeem成現金，如果持有Amex 商業白金卡，可以用1 cent/point的價值出金、每年最多換1,000,000的MR點數（等於最高換成$10,000）；如果沒有Amex商業白金卡，則兌換比例是0.8 cents/point，沒有兌換上限。MR點數的估值請見以下文章：

3. 美國信用卡

Amex 史高信用卡開卡禮

近期Amex出現史高offers，案照頁面中的說明截止日期是2023年6月7日。Amex 白金卡、金卡、現金回饋BCP卡在近期可以刷到的史高offers。而先用瀏覽器開啟無痕模式，再使用以下推薦連結通常就能刷到史高開卡禮。以我目前測試為例，如果直接到美國運通官網，查詢信用卡offers只能看到Amex白金卡150,000點的首刷禮、但就看不到150,000點＋$200 Statement Credit的加碼offer。
